Yes this is really a domestic basement! It will contain a full size bowling alley, swimming pool and car parking. Our technical team were asked by the developer to provide technical advice for the waterproofing of the concrete sub structure and we’ve already supplied TT Waterstop and TT Swellmastic for critical ‘kicker’ joints around the perimeter.
